You are looking at a big progressive kitchen sink pack for Minecraft 1.7.10 balanced around the mod GregTech. I understand that this had performance issues before, but that was 2 years ago and other, more resource-intensive mods such as Dimension Zero are able to be run smoothly with only 2.8GB of ram allocated to it.
